Paying for the airport mortgage

Nothing special about these 2 Coors Light beers, except for the price! $15.85 for 2 beer! Just helping the Trudeau airport Authority pay off their mortgage...

One for the road!

Colin & Maria enjoy their last Canadian meal at the Pumphouse Brewery in Moncton.

They had a 9" cheese pizza with smoked turkey, roasted red pepper & mushrooms with a couple of glasses of Pumphouse's own brew.

Colin had their signature Blueberry Ale, a blonde, easy tasting beer with real blueberries! You can see them floating at the top!

Maria had a Pail Ale, an amber ale that refreshes like no other!

Next time you're at the Pumphouse, look for Colin & Maria's name on the table in the barrel at the back on the left.

Fitting a mountain in a mole hill

It is 24 hours until Colin & Maria are on their flight to Europe.. They have to fit all that stuff in their backpacks.

Colin: "No Maria, we can not take the cats.... We didn't get them a passport..."

Just got word! (pre trip)

Colin will be dining on authentic haggis in the highlands of Scotland on day 2.

hag·gis
n.
A Scottish dish consisting of a mixture of the minced heart, lungs, and liver of a sheep or calf mixed with suet, onions, oatmeal, and seasonings and boiled in the stomach of the slaughtered animal.

Sounds just as delicious as a PEI lobster served with Island potatos or a New Brunswick quahog with a side of fiddle heads or Digby scallops smothered in a garlic sauce! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
